Car Overturned on Glenwild Avenue

Man's head was bleeding after one-car accident.

A 68-year-old man was bleeding from the head Wednesday afternoon after his car overturned on Glenwild Avenue in Bloomingdale.

Police said his injuries were minor and he refused medical attention.

The man, from Lyndhurst, lost control of his vehicle due to wet road conditions and his car overturned. He was able to get out of the vehicle on his own, according to police, but the vehicle was totaled.

Police and paramedics from Tri-Boro First Aid Squad and Chilton Hospital responded shortly after 2 p.m. No one else was injured.
