Elvir Buljubasic, 21, of Kinnelon, was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of heroin on Jan. 31 after police said he allegedly was distributing heroin from his Kakeout Road home.

Kinnelon police conducted a two-month long investigation and executed a search warrant at 9:45 p.m. on Jan. 31. Buljubasic was arrested in his driveway without incident and his home and car, a 2002 Mercedes Benz, were searched. Police said they found a quantity of heroin.

Buljubasic was send to the Morris County jail with $5,000 bail and his car was seized.
