It is so difficult to get in and out of parking spots in front of the strip mall with Lucy & Ethel's deli on Main Street. I cant imagine why the town has never chose to fix this. It's also a huge waste of space with the roads not being more grid like.

I have to also mention that I live near the end of Hamburg Turnpike by Rt 23 and people speed BIG TIME. Someone's gonna get run over. It's just a matter of time.

Union Ave is the most dangerous for walkers. You take your life into your own hands when you have to cross the street.

Possibly the worst road to get out is Elizabeth onto or over Hamburg Tnpk. Drivers going South on Hamburg do not put their blinkers on if they are turning to go into Butler and drivers coming from Butler to make the turn either north or south on Hamburg. I cannot tell people how many accidents have happened at this intersection!

I agree with you ;) I have to make the left from main street onto hamburg daily and sometimes i sit for awhile because of all of those reasons. I've never seen an accident though.

Hamburg turnpike and fitcher street intersection. The people comin down delazer or what ever rd that is do not stop at that stop sign. They stop in the middle of fitcher street. Also people speeding up fitcher street is a little crazy. I can't take my 5 year old brother outside who has low vision because I'm afraid he might get hit.

I agree with Jersey Girl. I actually make a right on Catherine and then left. Then I make a left onto Hamburg Tpk. at certain times of the day, that intersection is nuts!!!

I am thinking Glenwild Avenue, based on what has always seemed to be the number of motor vehicle accidents with injuries especially on the hill in the state forest almost into West Milford. I don't pretend to have the stats so could be wrong, but over the years, I dispatched Tri-Boro FAS and/or Bloomingdale FD and/or Butler Power & Light to a lot of mva's on Glenwild.

Butler town fathers have already decided for you Butler residents... the most dangerous spot has to be Myrtle Avenue at the intersection of Richard Court, where there is a stop sign on the through street guarding a cul-de-sac that has maybe 3 houses on it. Why? Does some great political power live on that street?

Why would Don Provost comment on the 'Most Dangerous Road in Bloomingdale" with a comment about a road in Butler? I think the Most Dangerous Road in this area is any one that Don is driving on. I have seen your driving skills you should have your license revoked. Hard to believe they ever let him fly an airplane.
