It's beginning to look a lot like...well, you know. And next weekend, it will really look like Christmas after the Borough of Butler lights up Butler Park during its annual celebration on Dec. 9. The sixth annual Shag Adventure Race is set to kick off this weekend in West Milford. Solo competitors and teams of two to four people will tackle the woods, wilds and waters of the North Jersey Highlands in this will-testing, adrenaline-packed all-terrain race. The exact venue and locations were kept secret until a few weeks ago to ensure that competitors wouldn't gain a competitive edge by heading over to the site early and learn the course.
