If you are like many people, maintaining a fitness program can be a struggle. If you are tired of the "start and stop" approach then this workshop is for you.
We will uncover strategies to improve your health and fitness utilizing Realistic, Progressive and Maintainable methods (R.P.M.). Learn how to incorporate "Surprise Exercise" and use the "Move More X5" system for losing body fat, getting healthy and improving fitness. This session will be lecture and activity based.
Expect to move but not break a sweat.
You will gain the tools and strategies to insure that you do not gain weight through this holiday season.
