Potential Riverwalk Project to be Presented Tuesday

Representatives from engineering firm to educate residents, officials about the proposal.

Burgis Associates will give a presentation Tuesday about the possibility of the borough installing a riverwalk along the Pequannock River.

A representative from the firm and borough engineer Paul Darmofalski will attend the meeting.

The riverwalk has been a point of contention between officials and residents. Some see it as something that would greatly add to residents’ quality of life. Other see it as an unnecessary expense that the borough should not incur.
