Plenty of places and styles to enjoy this weekend.

It's a music filled weekend, and some of it is award-winning. From schools, to restaurants, to churches, there are plenty of places to take in some great music.

Here are this week's picks:

1. Carlos Franzetti Performs
Where/When: ; Saturday, 6:30 p.m.
Why Go: The two-time Grammy winning pianist will make his debut at Shanghai Jazz with drummer Ignacio Berroa and bassist David Finck.

2. Celebrates Mozart & Haydn
Where/When:
(Convent Station); Sunday, 3 p.m.
Why Go: The New Philharmonic of New Jersey, under the artistic direction of Leon Hyman, will perform works by Mozart, Haydn and Scarmolin.

3. Little Feat Acoustic Duo
Where/When:
; Saturday, 8 p.m.
Why Go: Lead guitarists of Little Feat Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett will perform acoustic versions of their songs as part of the Little Feat Acoustic Duo. They have performed on recordings with such artists as Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Bonnie Raitt, Taj Mahal, and the Wallflowers.

4. Russion National Ballet Theatre
Where/When: ; Saturday, 8 p.m.
Why Go: Because two classic ballets will be performed by Russia's elite dancers: Mikhail Fokine's "Chopiniana" and Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" will be performed, with the second given a new interpretation through dance.

5. Bizzie Lizzie 5K & Fun Run
Where/When:
Mack-Cali Business Complex (4 Campus Dr, Parsippany); Saturday, 8 a.m.
Why Go: The event is in memory of Elizabeth Stein, who died of a brain tumor this year at the age of 3. Support a good cause, while keeping in shape.
