Celebrate Chinese New Year at Kinnelon Library

Party will be held Jan. 31, will feature all-you-can-eat Chinese dinner.

A special Chinese New Year Family Night will be held at the Kinnelon Public Library later this month.

Chinese New Year is Friday, Jan. 31; it will be the Year of the Horse.

There will be games, storytelling, and families can create their own dragon.

Attendees will march in a parade outside with their dragons, weather permitting.

There will be games, Chinese calligraphy, fortune telling, music, and arts and crafts to complete. The event will be held between 5 and 7 p.m.

An all-you-can-eat Chinese dinner will be served.

The cost is $20 per family.

Pre-registration is required by Jan. 23.  Payment is due at the time of registration.
