Not all of our neighbors walk on two legs in the tri-boro. Wildlife ranging from big to small sizes are in our yards and on our roadways all the time...and we want to see them!
Featured this week is a Black Bear who made a cameo at a barbeque at Bloomingdale resident Walt Ratushny's house. Ratushny said he was having a family gathering on Sunday when at about 7 p.m., the bear popped up. No one was endangered, but the bear pictured above was seen at the corner of Walter Drive and Clark Street.
