Kinnelon Offering Free Skin Cancer Screening, Vaccines

The Borough of Kinnelon is offering several free vaccinations and a skin cancer screening clinic in March.

The Kinnelon Board of Health is offering several free vaccinations, in addition to a free skin cancer screening clinic in March. 

The skin cancer screening clinic will be held on Wednesday, March 23 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the municipal building. Those interested should bring identification.

The department is also offering ongoing free vaccinations. The vaccinations include:

  • Pneumococcal Vaccine (Pneumonia)- offered to ages 65 or older
  • Gardasil (Human Papillomavirus, or HPV)-offered to ages 9-26. Three-dose series.
  • Meningitis Vaccine-mandatory for students entering 6th grade
