Maci the Reading Dog Comes to Bloomingdale

Therapy dog listens to children read.

Maci the reading dog made an appearance at the on Friday. Maci is a five-year-old female Labradoodle. Several young children visited the library to read to and pet Maci.

Maci's owner Kate McGurk-May of Pompton Plains, travels to retirement homes and schools. Maci is a therapy dog and her presence often relaxes children and adults.
