Toys Will be Collected by Youth Football Club This Weekend
BBYC asking families to bring unwrapped, unused toys to football game Saturday.
The Butler Bloomingdale Youth Club (BBYC) will be sponsoring its annual "Toys for Tots" drive Saturday at Memorial Field when the youth football team plays against Vernon.
The "Toys for Tots" program is initiated by the U.S. Marine Corps. and has local organizations help donate toys that will be given to underprivileged children during the holidays.
The BBYC is seeking the community's help in donating toys to be given to the children. Toys will be collected during the four games played at 3:30 p.m., 5 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Military vehicles will be on display during the game in the location where toys can be dropped off.
