Alviene added that he has met with each of the businesses owners and they all have been redoing the insides of their respective buildings to increase the aesthetics. In addition, Alviene said that each entrepreneur received a very generous lease offer.

"I spoke to them about their rent and leases and one said they have a short-term lease and one said they didn’t have to have a lease at all. The other ones are working with them with the rent," he said.

Alviene seemed to be more excited about the fact that new stores are opening up in town rather than anything else.

"With five new businesses opening in our town, I think it's commendable," he said.
