The restaurant, which has been described as the "Cheers of Montville," is family-owned and operated and is this week's pick for Bites Nearby.

 This Irish Pub is run by lifelong Montville residents and serves up steak sandwiches that are sure to make your mouth water. While the restaurant prides itself on being the perfect place to bring your family, it also caters to singles, honoring Happy Hour daily with signature cocktails and having late-night entertainment. It's not all beef at Harrigan's, as the restaurant also offers low-calorie and vegetarian options. Reservations are not accepted, but takeout and catering orders are welcomed, in addition to eat-in dining.

Harrigan's is open Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to midnight; and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bar is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.
