With schools closed and thousands of Chathamites still without power, some people may wonder where they can go to get warm and charge their various devices.
The Library of the Chathams is open Wednesday, and the doors of the Chatham Borough Fire Department's common room are open to residents.
Dr. Gerard Lorino said residents are welcome to come to his dental office at 287 Main St. in Chatham and charge their devices.
"We are lucky enough to have power in this part of the town but I am aware that most of the town has not been so fortunate. As a father of three, I know how frustrating that can be," Lorino said.
The dental office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
The Suburban Chiropractic Center is also open for residents to charge electronics. Hours are through 8 p.m. Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Saturday.
The Chatham Club is open to residents who need a place to warm up.
Chatham Gulf on Main Street is open for people who need gasoline, but be warned that as of 10 a.m. the line stretched from Washington Avenue past Fairmount Avenue.
For those who need a bite to eat, Cafe Beethoven, Angie's Luncheonette and Aida's are all open along Main Street.
