Bloomingdale Reorganization, Kinnelon Council Meetings This Week

Bloomingdale Council to Reorganize

Now that the Bloomingdale Council's two new members have been sworn in, the governing body will gather for the first time this year to select appointments to various boards and commissions. The council will also vote on hiring several borough professionals and discuss the AvalonBay Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) program that was rejected by the council majority last year. The meeting will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Bloomingdale Borough Hall on Hamburg Turnpike.

Kinnelon Council to Meet

The Kinnelon Council will have its first work session meeting of the year Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Kinnelon Municipal Building on Kinnelon Road.

Kinnelon Zoning Board of Adjustment to Reorganize

The Kinnelon Board of Adjustment will meet Tuesday for its annual reorganization meeting. The meeting will be held at 8 p.m. at the Kinnelon Municipal Building.

Acapella Group to perform at OLM

The 17-member Hamilton College acapella group, which includes Kinnelon resident Mackenzie Leavenworth, will perform at Our Lady of the Magnificat Church on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. The group will perform Disney classics, holiday songs and pop music tunes.
