Butler Library Finishes Summer Reading Program
Children celebrate with Lulu the Face Painter.
The closed out its summer reading program with a party on Wednesday.
In addition to program participants, Lulu the Facepainter was there decorating children's faces in celebration. The summer reading program began in June and offered children many programs throughout the summer so far.
