Have Your Car Washed While Supporting Cheerleaders

This and other things you need to know this Friday

Thinking about having your car washed this weekend? Why not help out the Cheerleading Team while doing so?

Varsity and junior varsity cheerleaders will be teaming up for the event, which will be held today from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This is one thing you need to know about, but here are all five:

  1. You Need to Know Where to Have Cheerleaders Wash Your Car: The Kinnelon High School Cheerleading Team will be having a carwash fundraiser at from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday. Bring as many cars as you need cleaned!
  2. You Need to Know Kids Are Learning About Safety: Kinnelon Police Sgt. Joseph Napoletano is wrapping up a two-day safety program called Safety Town at Friday, where he will be teaching incoming kindergarteners about safety. The program is being held from 9 a.m. to noon Friday.
  3. You Need to Know There Will be a Free Concert in Butler Park Next Week: The concert will be put on by the Bloomingdale Cornet Band and will be held on Thursday at the Butler Park, on Main Street and Park Place, at 8 p.m.
  4. You Need to Know Where to See Full Videos of Bloomingdale Council Meetings: You could watch them on the public access channel, or see highlights of them on Kinnelon-Butler Patch, but the full meeting videos from last week's meeting are now posted on the borough's Facebook page.
