Kinnelon Family Suing MetLife Stadium Over Accident That Killed Loved One

The family of a man who was killed in a motorcycle accident May 13 involving two Ferraris outside the MetLife Stadium is now suing the stadium and Gotham Dream Cars, a luxury car rental agency, for allegedly creating a hazardous condition that led to , according to NorthJersey.com.

The drivers of the vehicles were Joseph Meyer, 19, of Oviedo, Fla., and Joseph Ferreti, 28, of Dumont. Meyer plead not guilty and, according to his lawyer,

NorthJersey.com reported that since Meyer was 19 years old and Gotham has a policy that drivers must be 21 years old, the hazardous condition was created.
