Testone finished sixth on the 11th season of 'American Idol.'

Elise Testone has released her latest single “I Will Not Break” digitally and will release “In This Life,” a full-length album she produced, later this year.

The single has a five-star rating on iTunes.

Testone is an alumnus of Kinnelon High School. She competed on “American Idol” last year, placing sixth.

Throughout the competition, she received high praise from judges Steven Tyler (Aerosmith's lead singer), Randy Jackson and Jennifer Lopez, particularly for her unique raspy and bluesy voice. During one episode, J.Lo even told Testone she gave her "gooseys" with her singing.

Footage of Kinnelon was included in another “Idol” episode to show viewers a glimpse into what Testone’s life was like as a child. A group of supporters at Jiggs Corner Music Store was shown.

She has been touring ever since and even appears in a tourism commercial for South Charleston, S.C. Carolina, where Testone lives now.

“I Will Not Break” is also available on Amazon, CDBaby, or Spotify.
