Body Alive sessions are dedicated to Recovery,
Regeneration, Movement Preparation,and Recuperation. These classes include low intensity
exercises with dynamic flexibility: using yoga & Pilates
inspired moves for Foundational Strength and Stability. This session will help to improve your
Flexibility, Mobility & Core, Balance, Stability and Self.
All Levels Welcome. Classes meet every Wednesday at 6pm.
