About the Instructor:

Maryann King is a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness professional. She has been helping her students achieve amazing results for over 20 years.


What is it?

Cardio and strength training combined together for a “shock your body” and boost your metabolism workout.  Utilize medicine balls, ropes, weights, Bosu balls, steps, and more fun surprises, for a workout that will help you take your body and mind to new heights! As with any of my classes, all exercises can, and will, be modified according to your fitness level.


Where is it? Innovation Fitness, Butler, NJ

This is an awesome place for this class. Lots of room and fitness “toys” at our disposal to change it up week to week.  NO MEMEBERSHIP REQUIRED.


When is it? Starts: Feb 26th

Tuesday nights 7:15PM - 8:15PM AND 8:15 PM TO 9:15 PM


How much is it?

 $75 for the 6 week session. Space is limited to the first 10 who register. This is small, personalized group training. You will be pushed to your limits with me at your side to guide you through proper form and technique.
