Parisi Speed School ~ Jump Start & Total Performance

Jump Start 

Improving fundamental athletic skills and self-esteem for young athletes, ages 7-11. Science has proven that ages 7 to 11 are the most critical years in a child's life for motor skill development. Our Jump Start Program utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete's physical foundation, and improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods.

Total Performance

Many experts view the ages of 12 -18 as the most ideal 
ages for developing speed, strength and power over an athlete's entire 
lifetime. This Program was developed using cutting-edge techniques to produce 
maximal improvements in athletic performance.

Both Programs are proven to improve: Coordination, Running Technique, Body Weight Strength, First Step Quickness, Flexibility, Injury Prevention, Weight Loss & Self Confidence

Classes meet every Tuesday/Thursday from 5pm-6pm and Saturday 11am-noon.  There is also a strength class on Wednesdays at 4pm.
