The Real World Weight Loss

Welcome to the Real World

Welcome to The Real World Weight Loss. There is a simple premise to this book – you live in THE REALWORLD.  Unlike celebrities, millionaires, people that make their living via fitness or paid endorsers, you do not live with a private chef or have a full-time nutritionist. You do not have your very own Personal Trainer at your disposal 24 hours per day or hours free per day to devote to exercise. You are an incredibly busy individual with too many responsibilities & commitments and not nearly enough time to do everything that you wish. Efficiency is a priority. You live in THE REAL WORLD. You do, however, have common sense. You have attempted multiple plans in the past and struggled to follow them, you have experience with weight gain do to life’s’ unexpected curve balls, schedule changes and the experience of maturing with a family, increased responsibilities and decreased available time. You are tired. You are tired of being tired. You are tired of falling for promised that do not nearly live up to their hype and tired of being disappointed with yourself and/or the endless cycle of fatigue, weight gain and feeling further and further from the person that you thought you would be.

Welcome to a very different kind of solution.  The Real World Weight Loss will work with you and your lifestyle to implement changes at a pace that you can control and handle. It will create a pattern of success for you to turn around the negative momentum that you have experienced and begin to create consistent, positive change.
You are an intelligent adult and you know that not everything will happen at once.  What The Real World Weight Loss offers you is a proven plan to stop weight gain, improve energy, improve your health and create simple and repeatable habits for lifelong success.
