Youth Protection Symposium

Patriots’ Path Council, BSA, as a service to the communities of the Tri-State area, will conduct a Youth Protection Symposium highlighting nationally recognized experts.

Featured speakers are:

Victor Vieth- Executive Director Emeritus, National Child Protection Training Center

The New Jersey Department of Children and Family: Child Protective Service reports almost 250 cases of alleged child abuse every month to its Institutional Abuse Investigation Unit (source: State of New Jersey, 2012). A proactive stance must be taken. Community leaders, youth serving organizations and members of the general public are encouraged to attend this one day symposium which will be conducted at the Patriots’ Path Council Service Center in Cedar Knolls, NJ.
