Kinnelon Students Collect 3,000 Food Items for Charities

The more than 3,000 items will be donated to three local non-profits.

Students from the Social Outreach Club at Kinnelon High School collected more than 3,000 food items recently.

The students held a competition during Spirit Week to see who could collect the most food.

The food was donated to the Interfaith Food Pantry, the Rockaway Food Closet, and Jersey Battered Women’s Services.
