Drug Alliance Sponsors Halloween Dance Oct. 30

Event designed to give kids a safe place to have fun.

In an effort to provide kids with a drug-free night and safe, the Bloomingdale Drug Alliance and the Bloomingdale Recreation Commission are sponsoring a Halloween Dance on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

The dance will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Samuel R. Donald School. Children up to the fourth grade are invited. Attendees must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

There will be a disc jockey and complimentary refreshments offered. Kids can also make their own crafts.

A $5 donation will be accepted at the door or a food item that will be given to a local food pantry.
