Oil was kept in a locked container in the T-bowl parking lot.

Police are investigating the theft of 200 gallons of used cooking oil from the T-bowl bowling alley.

Richard Rosario reported that during the early morning hours on Oct. 12, someone removed the oil from a locked container in the rear parking lot, an incident report states.

Rosario reported that the lock had been removed from the container. Rosario checked with Darling International, the company that gathers and recycles the cooking oil, to see if they picked up the oil, which they didn’t.
