Terroristic Threats, Gun Charge Result in 3-Year Prison Term

Bloomingdale resident also pleaded guilty to possession of a handgun and heroin.

A Bloomingdale man was sentenced to three years in state prison after pleading guilty to second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun, third-degree terroristic threats and third-degree possession of heroin.

Benedetto Graziano, 27, appeared for his sentencing Friday at the Sussex County Courthouse in Newton, according to a press release from the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office. Additionally, Graziano was sentenced to one year of parole ineligibility.
