A 28-year-old Ogdensburg man was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substances and drug paraphernalia after said they found 47 deks of heroin and a hypodermic needle down his pants.

Harold Schnorr was allegedly found with the drugs and drug paraphernalia in his crotch at 2:52 p.m. on July 2 when Kinnelon police stopped the vehicle he was riding in, being driven by Joseph Zonca, 31, of Sussex, for having a loud muffler and for the registered owner of the vehicle having a suspended driver’s license. Police said that while Zonca was not the registered owner of the vehicle, he allegedly appeared nervous and had fresh needle marks on his arms.

Police then searched the vehicle and said they found two empty packages of heroin and many tablets of Subroxone, a drug prescribed to those suffering from opiate addictions, which police said neither Zonca nor Schnorr had prescriptions for.
