Attempted Burglary Under Investigation in Kinnelon
Police said scent of alleged burglars was last detected on Shore Drive Terrace.
are investigating an alleged attempted burglary of a Brush Hill Road home that took place on Sunday.
According to police, a female resident of the home pulled into her driveway around 9 p.m. and saw two white males standing at the top of the stairs which lead to her front door. Police said the males ran from the scene when they saw the homeowner.
The homeowner found tools that did not belong to her by the front door, police said.

The Morris County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit responded to track the scent, which was able to be detected to Shore Drive Terrace and then lost, police said.
