Update: Bronco Crashes Into Bloomingdale Rec. Center

Center closed Monday, set to reopen Tuesday.

No injuries were reported after a Saturday morning car accident that saw a Ford Bronco collide with three cars before crashing into the Bloomingdale Recreation Center on Main Street, according to a fire official on the scene.

The Bloomingdale Recreation Department posted an announcement on its Facebook page confirming that no one was injured as a result of the crash. The announcement also said the building would be closed Monday and reopened Tuesday.

The driver of the Ford, who did not provide his name, said the rim of his truck popped off before he lost control of his vehicle. The crash damaged glass and stone from the storefront.
