In addition to moving the monument, Neill said he is in the process of applying for the borough to receive an artifact from the World Trade Center. Neill said he did not get the idea from the , which had a ceremony upon last month, but that he had read about an Ohio fire department bringing an artifact across the country and making a home for it in their own town.
