Highland Lakes Man Arrested on Warrant

The following arrest information was supplied by the Butler Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Highland Lakes man was arrested on a warrant in Monday after police said he was pulled over for allegedly was driving with a suspended license.

According to , Ryan N. Guercio, 33, was driving a white BMW on Route 23 at approximately 11:44 p.m. when a random license plate search revealed his license was suspended. Police said further investigation led them to discover two warrants, one from Riverdale Municipal Court for $500 and another from Springfield Municipal Court for $250.

Guercio was arrested and transported to the Butler police station. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to possess valid registration and failure to possess a valid insurance document. He was released in his own recognizance with a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
