Mailbox, Mirrors Damaged in Bloomingdale

Police are investigating several reports of criminal mischief on Knolls Road and Vreeland Avenue Thursday where they said vehicles parked on the roadway and a mailbox were damaged.

said two vehicles parked on Knolls Road reportedly were damaged on their side view mirrors on Thursday while a Vreeland Avenue resident reported that his mailbox was damaged during the evening on Wednesday.

Police said they are unsure if the crimes are related, but said it appears as though an actor used an object to strike the mirrors and mailbox. Police are asking anyone with more information to contact them at 973-838-0158.
