Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct in Bloomingdale

Police said Hewitt man displayed signs of intoxication.

A 44-year-old Hewitt man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday after police said he showed signs of intoxication on Main Street, around 7:15 p.m.

located Donald Milligan on Main Street after receiving the report and said he allegedly showed signs of intoxication and was "combative and uncooperative" with police, according to a press release. He was charged with disorderly conduct and transported to the police station, but he was later transported to Chilton Hospital by because of his allegedly intoxicated state, police said.

He was later released to the care of hospital staff.

  • Twenty-eight-year-old Saulo Lucero-Ramirez, of Paterson, was arrested on DWI charges on Sunday after police said the vehicle he was operating was stopped on Main Street at 5:03 p.m. for disregarding a red traffic signal. Police said he allegedly showed signs of intoxication and was arrested and transported to the police station. In addition to DWI, he was also charged with driving with a suspended driver's license, failure to observe a traffic signal and issued summonses for several motor vehicle violations, police said. Police said they also discovered an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of West Milford. Police said he posted bail and was released to a friend pending court appearances.
