said Capone was driving on Route 23 North when Ptl. Jarred Schmiedhauser noticed him driving without a seatbelt and failing to maintain lane. After being pulled over, police found that his driver’s license had been suspended and a roadside investigation led police to allegedly find the drugs and paraphernalia in the car.

Both were arrested and transported to the police station where bail was set at $10,000 each. Neither were able to post bail, police said, and the men were transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility.
