Men hospitalized after aircraft goes down during failed takeoff in West Milford.
Two men from Kinnelon and Bloomingdale escaped alive, but injured, after a single-engine plane went down in West Milford during a failed takeoff attempt at Greenwood Lake Airport Saturday morning, according to NorthJersey.com.
William Fallon, 49, of Bloomingdale, was at the controls of the plane, a commercial aircraft registered to Bloomingdale-based Last Wish LLC, according to NorthJersey.com. Fallon broke both of his legs and was listed in critical condition Saturday night, the story reported.
Mark Gangi, 51, of Kinnelon, was a passenger in the plane and sustained facial injuries, according to NorthJersey.com.
