The following arrest information was supplied by the Butler Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

arrested a Highland Lakes man Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said he allegedly attempted to conceal empty heroin packages on his pants.

Police said they stopped the vehicle Ryan M. Sichieri was driving, a blue Jeep Grand Cherokee, on Route 23 North at 11:44 a.m. for several equipment violations including operating with inoperable headlights, driving with an obstructed view and an inoperable turn signal.
