Trial Begins for Ex-Car Salesman Accused of Not Delivering $95K Lamborghini

Kinnelon resident Dennis Aiello is accused of accepting $95,000 for a rare exotic vehicle he failed to deliver to the customer.

A Kinnelon used car salesman went on trial Wednesday on charges he accepted $95,000 for a Lamborghini but then didn’t deliver the vehicle.

Dennis Aiello, 59, allegedly used the $95,000 to repay debts incurred from his failing Riverdale car dealership, NJ.com reported.

Morris County Assistant Prosecutor Amy Kuntsen said a $105,000 sales price was negotiated with Tuan Nguyen for the 1987 Lamborghini Countach, a rare sports car.

Aiello’s son Justin accepted a $10,000 deposit for the car, which he spent.

Nguyen wired the $95,000 to Dennis Aiello’s bank account but never received the car, Carl Herman, Dennis Aiello’s attorney said in court.
