Two Arrested on DWI Charges in Bloomingdale

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bloomingdale Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Thirty-one-year-old Natalia Dean, of Bloomingdale, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after police said she was allegedly involved in a two-car accident on Main Street, Bloomingdale, on Aug. 2.

According to , the accident occurred around 6:39 p.m. and upon arriving at the scene, police said they noticed Dean displaying signs of intoxication. Dean was arrested and transported to the Bloomingdale police station.

In addition to DWI, Dean was charged with possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, careless driving, operating an unregistered vehicle and issued several summonses. She was released with a ticket to appear in court at a later date and her vehicle was impounded.

Tanya McGuire, 33, of Wayne, was arrested and charged with DWI after police said she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Macopin Road on Aug. 3.

According to police, the accident occured around 3:50 p.m. and when police were on the way to the scene, they were advised that one of the vehicles involved was leving the scene. Police said they noticed the vehicle, being driven by McGuire, further down Macopin Road by Hamburg Turnpike.

Police said McGuire showed signs of intoxication and was arrested and transported to the Bloomingdale police station. In addition to DWI, she was charged with careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident and issued several summonses. She was released with a ticket to appear in court at a later date and her vehicle was impounded.
