Two Charged With Serving Alcohol to Minors in Kinnelon

The following arrest information was supplied by the Kinnelon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 25-year-old Oak Ridge man and 18-year-old man were charged with serving alcohol to minors on April 12 after said they responded to a noise complaint on Harrison Road and found several juveniles drinking at a residence.

James T. Flaherty, of Oak Ridge, and Antoine O. Delannoy, of Kinnelon, were both charged with serving alcohol to minors and released with a court date.

Police said they responded to the home at 12:17 a.m. and that Flaherty brought the police officers to the back of the home where several juveniles were allegedly drinking alcohol. Those who were not drinking were told to leave the home, police said, and two 17-year-old Kinnelon males were transported to the Kinnelon police station and released to their parents.

Police said Flaherty said he was watching the home for a relative and watching over Delannoy, the son of residents of the home.
