Kinnelon Swears in Former Bloomingdale CFO

Bloomingdale's former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Donna Mollineaux was officially sworn in as Kinnelon's CFO at Thursday's Kinnelon Council meeting.

Mollineaux resigned from her position in Bloomingdale in February and began working in Kinnelon.

The borough decided to hire a CFO who would also take on administrative responsibilities, including grant writing and seeking out cost-reducing opportunities, after a contract for CFO services with Norman Eckstein expired last year. Kinnelon had also at one point considered a shared services agreement with Bloomingdale to have Mollineaux, then Bloomingdale's CFO, and Borough Administrator Ted Ehrenburg work a few hours per week in Kinnelon, but the Bloomingdale Council majority rejected the agreement.
