This one day of over-eating can lead to 2-3 days... Create an eating plan for Thanksgiving.

Don't be a TURKEY!

First, I wish you and your families many blessings. I hope you get to spend this day with people that you love and that love you.


Next, I suggest making this day about people, not food.  Make food a part of this day.

Be mindful tonight and tomorrow and Friday.
CHOOSE your foods. Indulge and enjoy "life's little pleasures" but don't put yourself in a calorie hole.

Make mindful choices, not impulsive ones that you will regret later.
If you want something then have it, just don't eat something because it's there or because everyone else is.

Fit your food into your big picture, long-term goals. When Saturday rolls around you will be proud of yourself and happy that you did.
