Cyber Bullying's Long-Term Impacts Topic of Forum Monday

Father of bullied boy who killed himself will speak at Walter T. Bergen Middle School.

Parents and students can hear about the long-standing effects bullying can have on a family at a special assembly at Walter T. Bergen Middle School Monday.

Ryan Halligan was a 13-year-old from Vermont who committed suicide on Oct. 7 2003. Halligan was ridiculed and humiliated by his peers at school and online.
