Joint Author Lecture
Jude M. Pfister, author of The Jacob Ford Jr. Mansion and the Fords of New Jersey, will discuss the Ford family of Morris County New Jersey who, along with their mansion in Morristown, participated and witnessed some of the most trying times of the first century of the American historical pageant.
Gordon Thomas Ward, author of a Bit of Earth and Ghosts of Central Jersey will discuss the historic and brutal 1779-1780 winter encampment of Washington's New Jersey Brigade. He'll also recount the reports of ghosts that roam the area and are attributed to the Revolutionary War era.
