Principal Jodi Mulholland will be going on a medical leave immediately following spring break, at which time Noreen LaFergola, the Kinnelon school district's supervisor of elementary instruction, wil be assuming the role of principal.
The approved the leave of absence during Thursday's meeting.
Mulholland said Friday she is "having a medical procedure and is looking forward to being back in early May."
