Put your body through the paces!

Athletic Drills, Sports Play (Tennis, Volleyball etc...) and more!

This class utilizes (H.I.I.T) High Intensity Interval Training to maximize calorie burn and results.

We will use all of our cardio machines during one session, then ladders, hurdles and more in the next - and sports games the next session.

You will have tons of fun & work your tail off!

Appropriate for ALL skill levels.  Workout will be modified to fit your skill level.

Goal:

Burn calories, train like an athlete, have fun!
