INTRODUCTION TO KETTLEBELL AND BODY WEIGHT TRAINING


 A FREE workshop presented by Christian Wittig PT, CSCS


 This free course introduces you to the world of kettlebell and bodyweight training.

 Many of the basic kettlebell lifts and moves with be demonstrated and you will learn how to use these versatile and performance driven tools.  I will help you select the proper weights for each movement to keep you safe and insure that your execution maximizes your performance.


 This course will give you the foundation you need to participate in IronBell Training, an integrated kettlebell and bodyweight training program that guarantees results.

 We will go through safety drills, proper execution of the movements and we will participate in a training session incorporating these movements as the finale.


 There will also be a raffle and one person will walk away with 8 weeks of IronBell Training for free with no obligations.
