Forfeits Doom Kinnelon Wrestling vs. Parsippany
The Colts split the four bouts that did take place in the first match of the season.
The wrestling team lost its first match of the season to Parsippany, 72 - 9, on Wednesday night.
However, due to a lack of competing wrestlers for the Colts, the contest was over almost before it started after multiple forfeits.
"We won, but the other team has been without wrestlers, so there were actually only four matches, we won two and they won two," Parsippany head coach Fred Piotrowsky said.

Kinnelon's Athletic Director Scott Rosenberg said the forfeits were not a result of student athletes being suspended, but would not comment on the cause.
One of the stand outs for Kinnelon was Luke Maroldi (140), who pinned Mike Persaud of Parsippany.
